Mr. Barrington is a Chartered Accountant, and is one of our corporate and commercial specialists. During his many years in business consulting, and public accounting, he has negotiated agreements directly on behalf of clients, and has mediated many commercial disputes. As well, he has negotiated a number of collective agreements, and facilitated resolution of a broad variety of labour and management situations.

James K. Clairmont, C.Med. B.A.
Roster Member - Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program - Toronto and Ottawa. Panel member -SquareTrade Network. Mr. Clairmont is our labour specialist. He has completed numerous labour relations courses including a B.A. in Labour Studies. As President of a large CUPE Local, he negotiated over 40 collective agreements, resolved many grievances and labour/management disputes. During his 12 years with the Municipality of Hamilton Wentworth, Jim resolved disputes involving property rights issues, neighbourhood disputes, land conveyances and transfer, and environmental concerns. He remains active in community organizations including the John Howard Society youth justice committee and Community Resolution Services.

David Pollard
An active panel member of the SquareTrade Network, Mr. Pollard is a Commercial/Organizational Mediator, his background includes many years of experience in commercial lending, business banking and franchise financing. He therefore understands all aspects of credit management, collection procedures and loan documentation. As a consultant he has facilitated strategic plans, contingency plans and negotiated contracts which resulted in significant budget savings. David is also an accredited trainer specializing in business management topics, entrepreneurship and continuous improvement.
